添加镜像方法

方法1：
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes
方法2：
pip install --index-url https://pypi.douban.com/simple tensorflow-gpu==1.10.0

我采用第一种方法依然下载很慢，第二种下载很快
