python 运行cmd命令行

原意：在cmd命令行下运行命令 python a.py b.py，其中b.py是参数，并且需要使用python2，博主环境变量中的python是python36. 需要用上面的命令行代码批量测试某文件夹下的b.py，得到一群 b.cpp。
