cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element

问题描述：项目存在这样的报错信息

Multiple annotations found at this line:
- cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element ‘webflow:flow-executor’.
- schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document ‘http://www.springframework.org/schema/webflow-config/spring-webflow-config-2.3.xsd‘,
- because 1) could not find the document;
2) the document could not be read;
3) the root element of the document is not .

问题处理：

http://www.springframework.org/schema/webflow-config/spring-webflow-config-2.3.xsd

这个链接点进去 是404 Not Found

后来给换成下面的地址，报错消失
http://www.springframework.org/schema/webflow-config/spring-webflow-config.xsd
