###重启数据库解决问题
SQL> shutdown immediate;
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Variable Size             603979776 bytes
Database Buffers          155189248 bytes
Redo Buffers                3440640 bytes
