What's I got in the new work?

Worked in here almost three monthes, so having this question is very nature.

Firstly, I have attended three team building in the last three monthes,it is more than the entire last year.

Secondly, I had got some knowleage of WMB, DB2, JSF and AIX, did several tasks in those areas. it just is the beginner's level, and the work almost is to fix bugs and simple new features, but it is very important for me to get into these areas.

Finally, I had several times telephone meeting in English, and had the chance to speak out.
