Spring 整合CXF提示未找到定义 cxf-extension-soap.xml的问题解决

因为在网上找了些Demo来通过CXF配置WebService，但是发现按照步骤配置提示这个问题
Configuration problem: Failed to import bean definitions from URL location [classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf-extension-soap.xml]


关于这个问题，官方文档
（http://cxf.apache.org/docs/embedding-cxf-inside-spring.html）的描述是
在2.4版本进行了修改，2.4版本以后，只需要引入
classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf.xml.即可

而在2.3版本和更早的版本，需要用到哪些扩展就写对应的引入
如

<import resource="classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf-servlet.xml" />

或者
引入全部
