1.收到邮件，编辑约审稿，同意就接受。会约定审稿期限，一般三个月。

2.审稿，看看abstract，conclusion，看看有没有创新点，有没有和已有算法或结构的性能对比，看看图做的是否合适。如果这些没问题，就是没大问题，再看具体技术细节。对于技术细节，参考文献，作图，都可以思考一些问题。
3.提交审稿意见
1)总评价
有以下几个选项，从直接录用到拒稿

2)移交其他杂志社，ORCID，Review Questions等等

3）对稿件的评价，选分
与杂志社相关性，表述清晰性，方法新颖性，语法正确性

 

结果准确性，文章长度是否合适，结果新颖性，参考文献是否充分，技术贡献大吗

4)对作者的评语

5)对编辑的评语（偷偷给编辑说的坏话）
