Rational SoDA V7.0 报JVM 失败错误的解决方法

本人使用的环境是

intel  3.06GHZ / DDR2-533  2GHZ /  SATA  250G * 2

windows XP sp2 最近补丁

office 2003 sp2 最近补丁

RSA v6  fp003a

SoDA v7

由于SoDA属于基于OFFICE的一个 插件形式，在此之前由于安装了OFFICE 其他插件，如：Adobe Addin

报错误见摘要！

解决办法：

对于安装Adobe Acrobat 6.0的用户：
Take one of the following actions to resolve this menu conflict between and SoDA:

• Prevent the PDFMaker.dot file from loading automatically by removing it from the following location:
C:/Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office/Startup
• In Microsoft Word, access Tools > Template and Add-Ins. Clear the checkbox for the file PDFMaker.dot. Do this for each SoDA document you are working with.
• Replace the SoDA.dot file with a copy of the file from a machine that does not experiencing this issue.
• Uninstall Adobe Acrobat 6.0

对于安装Adobe Acrobat 7.0 更高版本的用户：
This version of Acrobat uses a COM-Addin instead of a .dot template to load the Adobe menu in Microsoft Word. Disable the Adobe Acrobat Word Menu by unregistering pdfmofficeaddin.dll using regsvr32.

Note: The default install path for the pdfmofficeaddin.dll is:
C:/program files/adobe/acrobat 7.0/pdfmaker/office/

Disabling the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 integration with Microsoft Word:
1. Close all Microsoft Word instances.
2. Select Start > Run..., enter CMD and click OK
3. Enter the following command at the command prompt:
regsvr32 /u "c:/program files/adobe/acrobat 7.0/pdfmaker/office/pdfmofficeaddin.dll"
4. This will disable the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 integration with Microsoft Word and will allow you to use SoDA without conflict

Enabling the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 integration with Microsoft Word:
1. Close all Microsoft Word instances.
2. Select Start > Run..., enter CMD and click OK
3. Enter the following command at the command prompt:
regsvr32 "c:/program files/adobe/acrobat 7.0/pdfmaker/office/pdfmofficeaddin.dll"
4. This will enable the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 integration with Microsoft Word

Additional Workaround:
Use the following steps to disable a COM Add-In.
1. In Word go to Tools > Customize.
2. Select the Commands tab.
3. In the Categories list select Tools.
4. In the Commands list click and drag COM Add-Ins to any Word toolbar or menu.
A COM Add-Ins option should now be added to the Word toolbar menus.

5. Click on the new COM Add-Ins in the menu. The dialog box will list all of the add-ins that are loaded. To disable the item, uncheck the box and click OK.
6. If you need to enable the COM Add-In later, check the add-in in the COM Add-Ins dialog box.
