Manually installed to /usr/local/ ?
Or installed as a binary package ?
( You may then be missing gstreamer-devel ).

Example, if installed to /usr/local/ :

export PKG_CONFIG_LIBDIR=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig:/usr/lib/pkgconfig/

The command is temporary, the path will reset to default,
when you close the terminal window.

 

fedora下可以

'yum install gstreamer-plugins-good gstreamer-plugins-bad gstreamer-plugins-ugly'
