003-react---启动本地项目，并更改端口

目录结构如下

1、进入文件根目录打开命令窗口 
	cd ddpeiyin-admin
2、初始化	
	npm install
3、运行项目 
	npm start	

***更改端口：（scripts/start.js）
***若项目文件下还没有scripts文件，则在node_modles下的react-scripts下的start.js)
