AGI STK 11.7.1 and EOIR 11.7.1 已出,STK11.7.1的新特性包含11.7.0的新特性。

What's New

Features provided with each STK 11 release are provided below.

STK 11.7.1 Features

Analysis Workbench

You can now filter out certain times from a Time Array using a time interval list from a different time array. This option is available using the Time Tool, Connect, and the Object Model.

General Astro

The WMM and IGRF Magnetic Field vectors have been updated to include the latest models for years 2020-2025.

STK 11.7 Features

Radar

The Multifunction Radar model now supports dynamic waveform switching for each of the active beams in the multifunction radar system. Each beam will select and use an appropriate waveform based on a target's range from the radar system. Default waveforms for short, medium, and long range tracking tasks based on a ground radar type reside in the STK Component browser. You can use these default waveforms as a base to duplicate, edit, and create new waveforms.

Communications

New and Updated Specifications

The following specifications are updated with this release:

  • The ITU-R S.580 antenna gain pattern has been updated to version 6.
  • The ITU-R F.1245 antenna gain pattern has been updated to version 3.
  • The ITU-R S.465 antenna model has been updated to version 6. Minor changes have been added relating to the computation of the minimum angle off boresight. The older version is still available for backward compatibility.

The following specification is new with this release:

  • The ITU-R P.840 cloud and fog propagation loss model has been added for communication and radar link analysis.

New Antenna Format

STK now supports the external antenna Complex data format *.uan. This format conforms to the antenna data produced by Remcom's XFdtd program.

Antenna design frequency

  • Antenna design frequency is now completely independent of the operational frequency of a transmitter, radar, or receiver.  Changing the frequency of a transmitter, radar, or receiver does not update the embedded antenna's design frequency.

Access

  • STK Objects that can be used in Access computations have been enhanced so that they can themselves specify a maximum time step when access is computed. In previous versions of STK, each individual access would need to be configured with a desired maximum time step. Access attempts to appropriately sample for accuracy and speed, but in certain cases, such as when a rapid change in an STK Object occurs, Access may under-sample and miss access intervals. Setting the maximum time step for objects that the user knows contains special behaviors allows Access to properly compute all access intervals.
  • The OnePointAccess Connect command and the IAgOnePtAccess object model interface have been updated to provide the ability to compute the first N satisfaction intervals over a specified input interval whose spans meet the minimum duration specified. This allows for more efficient computation of access intervals over the specified interval when only a subset of access intervals is needed.

Astrogator

  • An N-Plate SRP model that uses a file to define the associated spacecraft plate definition has been added for use within Astrogator. This model is consistent with the model of the same name recently added to ODTK.
  • An option to immediately stop propagation for previously surpassed epoch stopping conditions has been added to Astrogator advanced propagator options panels, Connect, and Object Model.
  • Scaling options of an SNOPT optimization problem can now be directly set from the Astrogator SNOPT User Interface, allowing users greater control over the convergence behavior of the problem.
  • A "Number of Revolutions" calculation object has been added to the Astrogator Time Calculation Objects library. This calculation object is computed as duration divided by period, with duration measured from the initial epoch of the satellite (as with the duration calculation object), and period being the instantaneous period in the mean or osculating sense computed from the current inertial position and velocity vectors
  • The DeltaVVector property on IAgVAAttitudeControlImpulsiveThrustVector has been deprecated. Individual properties to get/set Cartesian and spherical components as well as new methods to Assign/Query Cartesian and spherical arrays have been added directly to the interface.
  • Astrogator now supports the Throttle Table Engine Model. An Astrogator Throttle Table is a tabular representation of propulsion quantities such as Thrust, Specific Impulse and Mass Flow Rate as functions of the available engine power. Throttle Tables are frequently used for describing the performance of Electric Propulsion systems such as Ion and Hall-effect thrusters.
  • A new Propagator Function has been added for use with Astrogator that models the native mathematical formulation of the Circular Restricted 3-body Problem (CR3BP). A specialized Propagator has also been added to support this model. These new capabilities are available in the Component Browser. The new CR3BP Propagator Function requires a user-defined Secondary Central Body (a child of the Propagator's Central Body) consistent with the definitions of the CR3BP to function consistently with the mathematical model.
  • Astrogator now offers Modified Equinoctial Elements as working variables for optimizing finite maneuvers. This is in addition to the Equinoctial Elements offered since STK 11.5.
  • You can now specify the launch burnout state vector in a central-body-fixed Cartesian frame.
  • To improve readability, estimated fuel usage and estimated equivalent finite burn duration have been moved to the top of the maneuver summary along with other related information for impulsive maneuvers.
  • Scenario startup performance has increased by loading gravity field coefficients on demand rather than at start-up.
  • You can now set gravity field degree and order for partials used in the STM calculation for Astrogator. Previously, the degree and order for partial computation had been defaulted to 4x4 awaiting a mechanism to set them.

General Astro

  • A new central body, named AsteroidTemplate, has been created to make duplicating central bodies easier because it has few mission-specific settings of its own (unlike Ceres that now has mission-specific data that you wouldn't want copied when creating a new central body).
  • You can now enter dates in a Julian date format of the solar system barycentric dynamical time scale (TDB). This date format is convenient for entering epoch information consistent with web based sources of planetary information such as the JPL/Horizons site
  • A new ecliptic frame, EclipticJ2000ICRF, has been introduced to support data available from JPL/Horizons website. New keywords have been introduced for setting analytical elements for STK central bodies using data obtained from JPL/Horizons--see the AsteroidTemplate.cb file for an example of the new keywords.
  • Satellite Database, EOP, Space Weather, and GPS Almanac data has been updated.

Coverage

  • Two new data elements have been added to the "Grid Points Location" data provider, "Visible Assets By Name" and "Visible Assets By Full Name", which lists the assets which have access at any point during a computed coverage's access data to each grid point.  A new report style has been added for the coverage object called "Grid Point Visible Assets" which contains the list of the grid point positions by LLA and the full name of assets visible to those points.

Visualization

  • Central body labels now follow the on/off state of the central body in the Globe Manager
  • You can now visualize:
    • Velocity covariance along with position covariance.
    • Terrain from datasets hosted by the Geospatial Content Server.
    • 3D Tilesets hosted by Cesium ion servers in STK. You can add Cesium ion tilesets to your scenario through the Globe Manager.
  • glTF models and 3D Tilesets now support the EXT_texture_webp glTF extension, which allows for textures to be encoded in the WebP format.  WebP compresses glTF model texture assets to optimize storage or transmission requirements.
  • The CZML exporter plugin now exports using glTF native articulations when possible for better control over model articulations.
  • Two new glTF, 3D models were added for TDRS and Cubesat satellites.

Save/Load

  • The version of the directory selection dialog which permits picking a location on the SDF, now has the ability to switch the SDF user account from the dialog.
  • The VDF Save/Load preferences have been merged into the Save/Load preferences.

API Updates

  • The ability to create sensor definitions which vary with time has been implemented within the STK Connect interface.  Please contact technical support for assistance.

Test & Evaluation Tool Kit (T&E)

Test & Evaluation Tool Kit version 1.6 is included on the STK 11.7 DVD. Browse to the top level folder on the DVD or the downloaded full .zip file to access the installer. STK 11.7 must be installed first.
