NVIDIA RTX A6000 with CUDA capability sm_86 is not compatible with the current PyTorch ins.

问题解决

得用conda：
conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio cudatoolkit=11.3 -c pytorch

pip3 install torch==1.10.0+cu113 torchvision==0.11.1+cu113 torchaudio==0.10.0+cu113 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu113/torch_stable.html
