	GLB	SL 上面的Global Load Balance (GLB) 是用F5 (现在已经不用了), NetScaler VPX 提供的 http://knowledgelayer.softlayer.com/articles/global-load-balancing-options   SL的 Local Load Balance (LLB) 是用硬件, NetScaper VPX 提供的   SL的DNS只是域名解析, 不是域名服务商   客户提供全球统一域名, 根据终端用户的访问IP地址解析, 到最近服务器访问, 建议用智能DNS服务商. 例如第三方DNS服务商DynDNS, godaddy 尊享版DNS, 都提供智能DNS 服务, 支持anycast.
