1. 使用PropertiesFactoryBean
   有两种形式:

<property name="location" value="classpath:com/foo/jdbc-production.properties"/>

   或者
   
<util:properties id="jdbcConfiguration" location="classpath:com/foo/jdbc-production.properties"/>

2. 使用PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer.(这个可以根据local和system的properties替换属性文件中的${})
   
<bean id="propertyConfigurer" class="org.springframework.beans.factory.config.PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer">
<property name="locations">
<list>
<!-- 这里支持多种寻址方式：classpath和file -->
