SOLUTION(文档 ID 1566178.1)

1. If query 1a returns rows, try rejecting or accepting the physical adjustments pending for that item:
    a. Navigate: Counting > Physical Inventory > Approve Adjustments
    b. Accept of reject the adjustment(s) for the item.
    c. Retry the item update to see if error still occur.

2. If query 1b returns rows, try rejecting or accepting the cyclecount adjustments pending for that item:
    a. Navigate: Counting > Cycle Counting > Approve Counts
    b. Query the cycle count
    c.  Click the Approvals button (see Note 306891.1 if the Approvals button is greyed out)
    d. Process the cycle count entry by approving or rejecting.
    e. Retry the item update to see if error still occurs.
