WPF Panel resize end event logic

I hope following code might be looking by some one else. So I am posting here. I have not commented anything assuming simple to understand.

The following is a sample of how to use the WPFWindowExtension.

        private void Window_Loaded(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
        {
            (new WPFWindowExtension(this)).ResizeEnd += new EventHandler(Window_ResizeEnd);
        }

        private void Window_ResizeEnd(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            if (this.Height < this.MinHeight)
                this.Height = this.MinHeight;

            if (this.Width < this.MinWidth)
                this.Width = this.MinWidth;
        }
