INI文件的基本操作

    INI文件的结构非简单，主要包括3个要素,即： 1、段落(节)：即方括号[]中的名称；2、关键字名：某节中一个独有的字串，即一个变量；3、关键字值：即变量的值。

    注意点：1、各行必须顶格开式书写；2、=号紧跟关键字；3、注释在行首以“；”开头。

    Win32提供了特定的Window API函数用于操作INI文件。现在介绍几个主要常用的读写函数：
