戴尔电脑 出现的问题 The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined.

遇到问题：使用了两年的戴尔笔记本突然变卡，稍微打开点东西，cpu就80%到100%。cpuz 显示cpu工作主频最大只有0.93 GHz。

         尝试了杀毒、重装系统、除尘、硬盘、bois等，没有发现解决方案。

后来发现bois里 适配器一项显示unknow。重装bois，出现：

The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined.

The battery may not charge.

The system will adjust the performance to match the power available.

Please connect a Dell 90W AC adapter or greater for the best system performace.

Strike the F3 key (before F1 or F2 key)if you do not want to see power warning message again.

Strike the F1 key to continue,F2 to run the setup utility.

解决办法：淘宝98块钱买了一个65W的适配器，电脑恢复正常。

原因分析：当机器检测不到认可的电源适配器，会保护CPU等部件降频运行。
