启动neo4j.bat console报错

方法一、删除databases下面的文件，重新启动即可（删除不了，就命令行输入neo4j.stop）

方法二、管理员身份打开cmd neo4j.stop 重启

Please see the attached cause exception "Lock file has been locked by another process: D:\Program Files\Neo4j\neo4j-community-4.0.4\data\databases\store_lock. Please ensure no other process is using this database, and that the directory is writable (required even for read-only access)".
