SiView-Recipe

1   背景及功能。以下4点。

 1.1 设定Recipe Group，以Recipe Group为单位，对 机台 + Recipe做打开（Turn On）和关闭(Turn Off)操作。

1.2 可以设定当某机台状态切换时 ，自动对Recipe做关闭操作。

1.3 可以设定机台 IDLE一段时间后，自动对Recipe进行关闭操作。

1.4 如果机台使用关闭后的Recipe ，则会报错。当然，如果某个Recipe Turn off，只能通过Recipe Group 来Turn on。

 2 逻辑规则

 2.1 设定Recipe Group，对Recipe Group的开/关操作会直接作用于Group里面的所有Recipe，用户也可以只对Group中的某个Recipe进行开/关操作。

2.2 设定机台状态，由Status A变更为B时，触发Recipe Turn Off。

2.3 当机台IDLE一段时间后，Recipe Turn Off或者Recipe Inhibit。

3 关于MM配置。包括Recipe Group、Equipment Status change alarm 、Recipe IDLE Management。

3.1 Recipe Group

入口：

即：MISC->Entity Inhibit->Recipe turn on/off->Recipe Grouping

必填Group name、EQP id和Recipe id（方便查询出Recipe）

设置好的Recipe Group在List列表中即可查询。可以做modify，Delete、Turn off/on操作。

3.2 Equipment Status change alarm

EQP->Status Change Alarm Setting

进入界面 会有 几个简单功能：Update、Delete、Close；

当前页面需要填写相关配置；EQP id、chamber id、From state以及Action。

3.3 Recipe IDLE Management

MISC->Entity Inhibit->Recipe turn on/off->Recipe IDLE Management

新增和修改

EQP id

Recipe id

IDLE Minutes

4 MM操作步骤

在EQP info界面中status Change功能按钮的Equipment status change的按钮，进入页面

主要是做机台状态的切换。

因为前面设定，机台状态切换，会触发Recipe Froup关闭的操作。

手动打开Recipe Group；即Turn off。Recipe Group里的Recipe都会被打开。

在Recipe IDLE management 界面

IDLE start time：计时起点。OpeComp和Recipe Turn On会更新此时间。

机台IDLE一段时间后，触发Recipe关闭操作
