如果使用Bitnami redmine安装的redmine
修改configuration.yml配置文件
D:\Bitnami\redmine-3.4.6-0\apps\redmine\htdocs\config\configuration.yml

注意：在这个版本，address，user_name什么的，不要加引号，双引号。
