#include<stdio.h>
#include<string.h>
int main()
{
int num,i;
scanf("%d",&num);
for(i=1;i<=num;i++)
{
getchar();
char s;
int n;
scanf("%c %d",&s,&n);
if(s>='a' && s<='z')
printf("%d\n",96-s+n);
else if(s>='A' && s<='Z')
printf("%d\n",s-64+n);
}

主要注意一下getchar吸收换行符就行了!
