[EMBOSS-6.6.0]安装问题解决方式

1. $ ver="6.6.0"
2. $ cd /programinstallers/
3. $ wget -N ftp://emboss.open-bio.org/pub/EMBOSS/EMBOSS-$ver.tar.gz
4. $ tar -zxvf EMBOSS-$ver.tar.gz
5. $ cd EMBOSS-$ver
6. $ ./configure
7. $ make (takes a long time)
8. Error in next step, ldconfig solution was at https://www.biostars.org/p/86327/
   $ sudo make install
