1. PowerShell：Delete File if Exists

   If (Test-Path $strFileName){
       Remove-Item $strFileName
   }

2. SPSite.Exist()判断时一个Site Collection是否存在出现问题。如果一个站点还存在缓存中好像会返回True.缓存问题.如果一个site collection 被删除了，那么立即去查询他，有可能不会报错。

3. Foreach-Object,continue
