1.想输出某个文件的第n行

import linecache
# file_object = open('ipv6.wlist', 'r')
text = linecache.getline('ipv6.wlist',2)
print text

2.read()，表示读取文件结束为止，它范围为字符串对象

3.readline()，每次读出一行内容，所以，读取时占用内存小，比较适合大文件，返回一个字符串

4.readlines()，读取整个文件所有行，保存在一个列表(list)变量中，每行作为一个元素，但读取大文件会比较占内存。

5.读取文件的总行数

文件比较小

count = len(open(r"d:\lines_test.txt",'rU').readlines())
print count

文件比较大

count = -1
for count,line in enumerate(open(r"d:\lines_test.txt",'rU')):
pass
count += 1
print count

更好的方法

count = 0
thefile = open(r"d:\lines_test.txt",'rb')
while True:
	buffer = thefile.read(1024 * 8192)
	if not buffer:
	break
	count += buffer.count('\n')
	thefile.close()
print count
