spring-boot 2.0.4 整合jsp，通过pom.xml打包类型jar和war方式

spring boot jsp 404 的解决方案

1，pom.xml 通过packaging 为jar方式

3. 创建webapp/WEB-INF/views目录,views目录里面创建jsp
