sdx12使能bluetooth

1.驱动使能

使用的芯片是sdx12 +QCA6174A-1
管脚配置如下（如果管脚不同，需要修改对应的dts）：
bt_en pdm9655 gpio8 Bluetooth enable. Active high
tx-sdx12 gpio4
tx-sdx12 gpio5
cts-sdx12 gpio6
rts-sdx12 gpio7

2.开启app（默认是开启的）
