tidb grafana显示问题不同步及重置监控数据

原因：grafana显示问题，始终不同步，后来发现是时间问题。
1，重置时间(服务器时间偏移+8)；

tiup cluster exec tidb-test --sudo --command "systemctl stop ntpd.service;sudo ntpdate pool.ntp.org;sudo systemctl start ntpd.service"
2，重置监控（重置prometheus数据）

######缩容prometheus
tiup cluster scale-in tidb-test  --node 172.16.116.232:9090

######扩容prometheus
tiup cluster scale-out tidb-test /home/tidb/prometheus.toml
