dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier 总是返回nil

   如果创建cell 的时候同时 创建了 xib， 那么首先 检查 xib 中的 Identifier, 这一项的值必须要和 代码中的 identifier 一致（如下图），否则，  dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier总是会返回空，
