如何用Java python php实现人脸核验

接口名称：人脸核验
接口用途：

1.输入姓名、身份证号码和一张人脸照片，与公安库身份证头像进行权威比对，返回比对分值。

2.官方权威数据，仅供高质接口，实时校验结果。
