Overall: use hbase Export/Import tool

Steps:

At old cluster run:
hbase org.apache.hadoop.hbase.mapreduce.Export table_name hdfs://newclusterhost:port/user/chenfangfang/table_name
If you encounter issue with error "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/htrace/Trace". Please refer: How-to: resolve "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/htrace/Trace" when hbase Export
At new cluster: create hbase table table_name
At new cluster run:
hbase org.apache.hadoop.hbase.mapreduce.Import table_name hdfs://newclusterhost:port/user/chenfangfang/table_name
Check hbase data via hbase command: hbase shell >> count 'table_name'
