 CASE函数用法：

1）CASE expr WHEN vl THEN rl

        该函数表示，如果 expr值等于某个vn，则返回对应位置 THEN后面的结果。如果与所有值都不相等，则返回 ELSE 后面的m。

2）CASE WHEN v1 THEN r1

该函数表示，某个 vn 值为TRUE 时，返回对应位置THEN后面的结果，如果所有值都不

为TRUE，则返回 ELSE 后的m。
