1. java.net.UnknownServiceException: CLEARTEXT communication to xxx.xxx.xxx not permitted by network security policy

由于 Android P 限制了明文流量的网络请求，非加密的流量请求都会被系统禁止掉。

方法1：在 res 下新建一个 xml 目录，然后创建network_security_config.xml 文件：

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<network-security-config>
    <base-config cleartextTrafficPermitted="true" />
</network-security-config>

然后在清单文件的application标签加上networkSecurityConfig属性

    <application
        android:name="xxx"
        android:icon="@mipmap/ic_launcher"
        android:label="@string/app_name"
        android:roundIcon="@mipmap/ic_launcher_round"
        android:theme="@style/AppTheme"
        android:networkSecurityConfig="@xml/network_security_config"/>

2. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Failed resolution of: Lorg/apache/http/util/EncodingUtils;

在AndroidManifest.xml文件的application标签里面加入

<uses-library android:name="org.apache.http.legacy" android:required="false" />

3.获取WiFi的ssid要开启定位权限
