Android SDK Manager 无法下载更新，或者更新速度超慢，或者待安装包列表不显示更新与下载问题

sdk更新与下载极慢，这时需要更改hosts文件的内容。

步骤如下：

1：hosts的位置：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

2：以记事本打开文件，原内容为：

# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
#      102.54.94.97     rhino.acme.com          # source server

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1       localhost
# ::1             localhost

（说白了，都是无用的东西）

将以上内容更改为：

127.0.0.1 localhost
#Google主页
203.208.46.146 www.google.com
#这行是为了方便打开Android开发官网 现在好像不VPN也可以打开
74.125.113.121 developer.android.com
#更新的内容从以下地址下载
203.208.46.146 dl.google.com
203.208.46.146 dl-ssl.google.com
****************************************

其中Google主页的网址会改变，所以自己要在网上搜到google最新网址，将上面的三个Google网址都改为最新网址，然后保存。

3：打开Android SDK Manager, 选择Tools-->Options-->Others中，在“Force https://...sources to be fetched using http://..........."前 勾选上。

然后即可正常下载。
