Given a n x n matrix where each of the rows and columns are sorted in ascending order, find the kth smallest element in the matrix.
Note that it is the kth smallest element in the sorted order, not the kth distinct element.
Example:
matrix = [ [ 1, 5, 9], [10, 11, 13], [12, 13, 15] ], k = 8, return 13.
Note:
You may assume k is always valid, 1 ≤ k ≤ n2.
这道题我们使用简单粗暴的heap(STL中的优先级队列)来处理。
class Solution {
private:
class cmp {
public:
bool operator()(int a, int b) {
return a > b;
}
};
public:
int kthSmallest(vector<vector<int>>& matrix, int k) {
int m = int(matrix.size()), n = int(matrix[0].size());
priority_queue<int, vector<int>, cmp > q;
for (int i = 0; i < m; i++) {
for (int j = 0; j < n; j++) {
q.push(matrix[i][j]);
}
}
int ans = 0;
while (k--) {
ans = q.top();
q.pop();
}
return ans;
}
};
