debian12 pip error: externally-managed-environment

问题描述：使用pip install opencv-python命令时，报错：

解决办法：

1、创建一个虚拟环境：python3 -m venv myenv

2、激活虚拟环境：source myenv/bin/activate

3、然后就可以正常使用pip install命令了
