ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘hydra‘

我遇到这个问题的首先解决方法就是直接pip install，但是安装失败了出现了如下报错：

  Building wheel for hydra (setup.py) ... error
  error: subprocess-exited-with-error

  × python setup.py bdist_wheel did not run successfully.

ERROR: Could not build wheels for hydra, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

经过搜索，我发现别的博主提到直接使用pip install hydra-core --upgrade就可以解决。
