解决方法

1. 编辑配置文件

   vim /etc/systemd/system/network-online.target.wants/systemd-networkd-wait-online.service
   

2. 添加内容

   # 初始内容
   [Service]
   Type=oneshot
   ExecStart=/lib/systemd/systemd-networkd-wait-online
   RemainAfterExit=yes
   

   在Service下方添加：

   # 两秒超时
   TimeoutStartSec=2sec
