下载和上传也是一样的，都要先配置xml，同上传配置xml一样。

所以就职写代码

1.创建Upload类（在com.xiao包下）

import org.springframework.http.ResponseEntity;
import org.springframework.stereotype.Controller;

import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestParam;
import org.springframework.web.multipart.MultipartFile;

import javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest;
import java.io.File;
import java.io.IOException;
import java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException;
import java.util.Date;
import java.util.Random;

@Controller
public class Upload {

//    下载
    @RequestMapping("/download")
    public ResponseEntity<byte[]> download(@RequestParam("fileName")String fileName,HttpServletRequest req) throws IOException {
        String downloadPath = req.getServletContext().getRealPath("/download/");
//        实例化fileName
        File f = new File(downloadPath + fileName);

            //        转换格式
            String newName = new String(fileName.getBytes("utf-8"), "iso8859-1");

2.jsp页面

3.在web下创建download文件夹，把要下载的图片和文件放在download文件夹下

如果出现找不到文件的情况，解决方法在上传文章中
