Dear team members

In last week's regular meeting, we discussed the upcoming New Year and possible celebrations. After heated discussions, we have decided to hold a New Year's party for all employees. I have started to develop a detailed plan and now I am sharing it with everyone.

Time: We plan to start at 7pm on December 31st.

Location: After multiple considerations, we have chosen "Le Le Tuan Jian". This venue provides spacious space and various entertainment facilities, suitable for our party needs.

Event arrangement:

7:00-7:30: Sign in upon arrival, and upon completion, snacks and drinks can be picked up in the banquet hall;

7:30-8:00: Team members give speeches, reviewing the past year together, looking forward to the new future, and proposing team plans for the new year;

8:00-9:00: Buffet segment, where everyone can freely communicate and enjoy delicious food;

9:00-9:30: Entertainment performances, including singing, dancing, and other exciting programs;

9:30-10:00: Lottery section, where all participants have the opportunity to win generous prizes;

10:00-End: Free communication and photo taking time. Thank you for your participation.

Catering arrangements: We have coordinated with the catering service department of "Le Le Tuan Jian" and they will provide us with a sumptuous buffet, including various appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. In addition, we have prepared various snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages to meet everyone's needs.

Entertainment activities: Each department prepares an exciting program. At the same time, we also arranged a game of grabbing chairs to make the whole party more interesting and joyful. In addition, we have also prepared a lottery section, where prizes include electronic products, travel vouchers, and more surprises.

Invited to: All department employees will be invited to attend this party. We will also invite some important clients and partners to participate to express our gratitude and respect towards them. For employees who are unable to participate due to work or other reasons, we will provide video live streaming services so that they can also participate.

Budget and expenses: The expenses for this event will be borne by the company.
