部署项目在Tomcat出现，tomcat报错More than one fragment with the name [org_apache_tomcat_websocket]

tomcat报错More than one fragment with the name [org_apache_tomcat_websocket]。
我在服务器用的Tomcat7，就报这个错，换成了Tomcat8就可以了，但是我本地是Tomcat7就能运行，服务器是centos8，本地是window7，不知道是否与系统有关。
