方法一：以绝对路径的方式运行命令
[root@ bin]# /home/mysql/mysql5/bin/mysql -h127.0.0.1 -P3316 -uroot -p
Enter password:
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g

...

mysql>

方法二：

echo "PATH=$PATH:/home/mysql/mysql5/bin " >> /etc/profile
source /etc/profile

cd /home/mysql/mysql5/conf
cp my.cnf /etc/my.cnf

cd /home/mysql/mysql5/support-files
cp mysql.server /etc/init.d/mysql
vi /etc/init.d/mysql

# 修改/etc/init.d/mysql中目录位置
basedir=/home/mysql/mysql5/
datadir=/home/mysql/mysql5/data

[root@ bin]# mysql -h127.0.0.1 -P3316 -uroot -p
Enter password:
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.

...

Type 'help;' or '\h' for help. Type '\c' to clear the current input statement.

mysql>

方法三：建立软链接

# ln -s /home/mysql/mysql5/bin/mysql /usr/bin

相当于建立一个链接文件。-s进行软链接

# mysql -uroot -p
