Cs50 week2 Arrays lab 2:Scrabble

观察ASCII表，发现大写字母减去一个常量（65）可以一一对应POINTS列表的值，所以我们可以利用这个特点，有

1. 遍历输入的字符串
2. 将每个字符串的字母进行大写
3. 定义一个变量值可以用来储存 每个大写过的字母对应的ASCII表的十进制值减去65的值，利用for循环累加
