My experience

I entered in TongJi University in shanghai and studied Computer Science and Engineering as my major in August 1993. In July 1997,I graduated with a Bachelor degree of Computer Application. After that, I worked as a Software test engineer at the 304th Research Institute of China Airspace Industrial Company. At the beginning, I participated in many test projects as a test engineer. We did white-box testing, designed testing cases and then executed them, in the following, we traced the process of bugs be dealt with. After two years, I was promoted as test leader to manage a test group. I cooperated with 4 to 6 colleagues to finish testing tasks. I was responsible for WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), dealt with relationships between testing group and developing group and communicated with programmers and managers, etc. During six years working，I was not only responsible for testing projects， but also developed many testing tools. I was involved in all R&D projects, from requirements analyzing to coding, etc.

After six years, my contract was over. I left the 304th Research Institute for demand of myself developing. I worked for three months as a test manager at a company which developed Telecom Communication analysis product. Although this period was not longer, I finished much work. I constituted Software test criterion, promoted test standardization. I designed test strategy、test plan and provided training and technical support for programmers .

From November 2003 to January 2006, I have been working as a trainer of developing and training of Software test by the Beida Jade Bird APTECH Company. My responsibilities include: first, Developing Software test teaching products/courseware。It includes teaching materials、PPT、teaching plan and so on。I have developed four teaching courseware. Second, Training trainer of the center which joined in. Certainly, I teach students at training school for validate our teaching products. Third, Checking up teaching products of other colleagues developed.

I was proud of working at Beida Jade Bird Company for It is enterprise of Beida university。I mainly was responsible for developing training books and training students and trainers. After all, it applies theory of Software test; Of course, we developed many test examples and teached them how to be tested. But, it isn’t my wanted; I want to develop myself in area of Software test. So,when my contract was over, It is time for me to devote to practice job of testing. Therefore, I am looking for a new job.
