Given an array of integers, 1 ≤ a[i] ≤ n (n = size of array), some elements appear twice and others appear once.
Find all the elements that appear twice in this array.
Could you do it without extra space and in O(n) runtime?
Example:
Your runtime beats 4.50% of java submissions.
public class Solution {
public List<Integer> findDuplicates(int[] nums) {
Set<Integer> set = new HashSet<Integer>();
List<Integer> result = new ArrayList<Integer>();
for(int item : nums){
if(set.contains(item)) result.add(item);
else set.add(item);
}
return result;
}
}
1 ≤ a[i] ≤
n。 Your runtime beats 49.86% of java submissions.
public class Solution {
public List<Integer> findDuplicates(int[] nums) {
List<Integer> result = new ArrayList<Integer>();
for(int i = 0; i < nums.length; i ++){
if(nums[i] - 1 != i && nums[i] != 0){
if(nums[nums[i] - 1] == nums[i]) {result.add(nums[i]);nums[nums[i] - 1] = 0;}
else{
int temp = nums[nums[i] - 1];
nums[nums[i] - 1] = nums[i];
nums[i] = temp;
if(nums[i] != 0)
i--;
}
}
}
return result;
}
}
