Transmission的特点：
1、使用的第三方库来简化开发：

Transmission/third-party/miniupnp	处理upnp协议
Transmission/third-party/libevent	使用event机制管理socket
Transmission/third-party/libnatpmp	NAT Port Mapping Protocol

2、文件监视：
使用了glib的GFileMonitor来做目录的监视，从而可以实现用IM工具即可让BT自动下载。
