20200405-eclipse android OTG编程(1)-获取信息

网上找了很多OTG编程的，长篇大论总是看不完导致半途而废，整几天都没整出来，只能一点一点摸索着来，以免自己坚持不下来；

第一步 仅实现获取OTG设备信息

只有对3个文件进行修改
1）布局文件
呈现如下的布局

2)AndroidMainfest.xml 添加权限
