[Spring Boot 2]基于Spring boot2创建一个Hello world项目

参考spring boot官方文档：4. Developing Your First Spring Boot Application
前提：
spring boot2的环境要求：

1. 创建maven工程(略)
   

2. 引入依赖

3. 创建主程序

4. 编写业务
