生物活性:大蒜素(二烯丙基硫代亚磺酸盐)是从大蒜中分离得到的,包括二烯丙基单硫化物、二烯丙基二硫化物、二烯丙基三硫化物、二烯丙基四硫化物和甲基烯丙基二硫化物等,它们占提取物的98%。大蒜素(硫代亚磺酸二烯丙酯)具有很强的抗菌活性,可抑制多种微生物的生长,其中包括抗生素耐药菌株[1][2]。
体外:大蒜素对耐甲氧西林 S 表现出相当的 MIC (32-64 μg/mL)。 aureus ATCC 43300,模式菌株S。金黄色葡萄球菌 DSM 20231, E.大肠杆菌 DSM 30083, A. baumannii DSM 30007 和 C.白色念珠菌 DSM 1386[1]。
