      Dear Mr Chao,
               We are pleased to offer you the position of System Developer in  (the
"Company") upon the following terms and conditions:
1     DATE OF COMMENCEMENT
1.1   Your employment will commence on 1 December 2009.
1.2   Your Probation Period will be three (3) months from the date of commencement. The
              Company may extend the probation period at its sole discretion.

Your duties as System Developer are as follows:
   Gather and analyze system requirements
   Design and develop fully functional system
   Test, deploy and maintain system
   Develop system documentation and training materials
   Work with other team member virtually to finish projects
   Regularly report project status to your manger
